Earlier this month, Vision Support Services showcased some of the finest hospitality linens from the luxury Liddell range to visitors attending the Hotel Show Dubai 2016.

Taking place at the Dubai World Trade Centre between 17th and 19th September, the event attracted over 600 exhibitors all hoping to present their products and services to some of the major players across the Middle East and Africa hospitality industry.

With some of the premium Liddell products on display, the Vision team were on hand to answer any questions and sell the benefits of this range, which has been seen across some of the world’s most prestigious establishments; from the RMS Titanic in 1912 to British Airways Concorde and beyond – now appearing in some of the most exclusive hotel groups around the world.

This year proved to be extra special for the Liddell name too, as Vision have been proudly championing the history of the brand as it reached 150 years this year. Founded in 1866 in Donaghcloney, Ireland the name has come a long way since then and, to memorialise the occasion, Vision created a replica version of the very same Titanic table linen appearing on the ocean liner all those years ago.

Unveiled at the show, the Titanic linen was on display alongside a number of first-class Liddell products including the Sheer Lux filled goods range, the Rushbrooke bedding sets, Foxrock bathrobe, Athena table linen collection, Arona bed linen range, Monte Cristo bed linen set and elite Van Gogh range of bath linen.

With visitor numbers estimated at 30,000 over the course of the three days, International Sales Director Marc Wynne said: “The Hotel Show Dubai presented Vision with a great opportunity to launch our commemorative 150th Liddell Boutique collections which included a range of original and luxurious bed and table linens.

This is a hugely exciting time for the Dubai hospitality market with the number of rooms and hotels growing year-on-year and so being able to showcase our deluxe and first-class hospitality linen products couldn’t have come at a better time.

We invited some of our largest clients from the Middle East and Africa to the event in order to build upon our existing relationships with key contacts in the region as well as highlight the superior linens to potential new customers within these markets.”

The Hotel Show Dubai, which is the largest event of its kind across the Middle East, proved to be a huge success with visitors being offered the chance to receive a complete insight into the hospitality market and the chance to experience first-hand the superior products each exhibitor had on offer.
